Privacy Policy
01 / Scope
Who and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how esentis (“esentis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by George Leonidis, handles information through mobile applications, games, websites, and related services published under the esentis developer name (collectively, the “Products”).
This policy applies to a Product unless that Product links to a separate privacy notice. A Product’s store listing, Data safety section, permission notices, and in-product disclosures supplement this policy and identify the practices that apply to that specific Product.
Products have different features, so not every data category described below applies to every Product. Before a new or updated Product introduces a materially different data practice, we will update the relevant disclosures and this policy where necessary.
02 / Data
Information a Product may process
Depending on the Product and the features you choose to use, the following categories may be processed:
Information you provide
- Contact details and the contents of messages sent to support.
- Account or profile details when a Product offers account features.
- Content, preferences, or other information you choose to enter, upload, or create through a Product.
App, device, and network information
- Device type, operating system, language, app version, and general configuration.
- Internet Protocol address, network information, and app or device identifiers where required for operation, security, analytics, or advertising.
Usage, gameplay, and diagnostics
- Feature interactions, session information, preferences, progress, scores, achievements, and similar activity.
- Crash reports, performance information, and technical diagnostics used to maintain reliability.
Purchases and entitlements
If a Product offers purchases, we may receive transaction identifiers, purchased-product details, and entitlement status. App stores and payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; esentis does not receive complete payment-card details from the app store.
Advertising and analytics data
Where a Product includes advertising, analytics, or crash reporting, the Product or its integrated service providers may process advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic events, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. The Product’s store disclosure identifies whether these practices apply.
Permissions and sensitive device features
A Product may request access to features such as notifications, files or photos, camera, microphone, or location only when a feature needs that access. The Product will request the relevant system permission and provide additional disclosure or consent where required. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
On-device processing
Some Products store settings or progress only on your device. Information processed solely on-device is not collected by esentis unless a feature or integrated service transmits it off the device.
03 / Use
Why information is used
When applicable, information is used to:
- Provide Product features, maintain accounts, save progress, and verify purchases or entitlements.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- Diagnose crashes, measure performance, understand feature use, and improve Products.
- Protect users and Products, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce applicable terms.
- Deliver and measure advertising where a Product clearly indicates that advertising is present.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and platform obligations.
For users in the European Economic Area, the applicable legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing Products, or compliance with a legal obligation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
05 / Retention
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the Product, the type of information, whether an account remains active, support and security needs, and legal or platform obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless continued retention is required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.
Data stored only on your device generally remains until you clear the Product’s data or uninstall it. Synced or server-side information may remain until it is deleted under the applicable retention process.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, which may include access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
06 / Deletion
Account and data requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a Product by emailing info@esentis.dev with the Product name, the type of request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If a Product enables users to create an account, that Product will also provide an in-app path to request account deletion. Deleting an account includes deletion of associated user data, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. Any retained information will be limited to those purposes and disclosed as required.
We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonably prompt period and within the time required by applicable law. If you no longer have an app installed, the email pathway above remains available.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of certain data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority.
07 / Children
Children’s privacy
Products may have different intended audiences. A Product directed to children will provide the disclosures and safeguards required for that audience, use age-appropriate services, and seek parental consent where required. Products not identified as child-directed are not intended for children below the minimum age applicable in their country.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information without the required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
08 / Changes
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Products, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when the policy was last materially revised. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice through a Product or its store listing before a material change takes effect.
